Exciting Business Update... US Sales Resume!

I am pleased to share an important update about my shipping and sales policies.

Starting January 2026, I am delighted to be resuming sales and shipping to customers in the United States. This is great news for US buyers who have been waiting to access my products again. At the same time, I want to clarify the ongoing restrictions affecting sales to the European Union, including Northern Ireland, due to regulatory challenges. This post explains what has changed, what remains the same, and how these updates affect you.

US Sales Resume:

Sales and Shipping to the United States

After a period of suspension, I am excited to announce that sales and shipping to the US will restart in January 2026. This decision follows careful review of logistics, customs, and tariff processes to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with regulations.

What US Customers Should Expect

  • Tariffs and Duties: Tariffs will be calculated and added at checkout, for US customers only. Tariffs are listed separately at checkout to give full transparency and the total price you see will include any applicable import taxes, paid at this end, so there are no surprises upon delivery.

  • Shipping Options: All orders will be sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Shipping times are estimated to be 5 to 10 working days.

  • Tracking and Support: All US orders will include tracking information, which will be provided on despatch to the customer email provided. Should you have any shipping questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to get in touch with me directly.

This update opens the door for US customers to enjoy my products again with transparent pricing and reliable delivery.

Why Sales to the EU Remain Restricted

Unfortunately, I am still unable to routinely ship to the European Union, including Northern Ireland. The main reason is the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) legislation, which imposes strict safety and compliance requirements on products sold in the EU market.

What the GPSR Means for My Business

  • The GPSR requires detailed product safety documentation and testing.

  • Compliance costs and administrative burdens are high for small businesses.

  • Non-compliance risks include fines and shipment refusals at customs.

Because of these challenges, I have disabled sales to the EU region on my website to avoid complications for customers and myself.

Exception for Original Artwork

There is one important exception. I am still able sell original artwork to EU customers by working with specialist art shipping companies. These companies have expertise in handling customs and regulatory requirements for art pieces, which helps overcome the GPSR barrier.

If you are interested in purchasing original artwork from the EU, please contact me directly to discuss shipping options and arrangements.

Practical Tips for Customers

Here are some tips to help you navigate these changes smoothly:

  • US Customers: Review your order carefully at checkout to see tariff charges included. Choose the shipping option that fits your timeline and budget.

  • EU Customers Interested in Original Artwork: Reach out early to discuss shipping logistics. Specialist art shippers require lead time to arrange customs clearance.

  • All Customers: Keep your contact information up to date to receive tracking and delivery notifications.

Looking Ahead

Resuming US shipping marks a positive step forward. I am committed to expanding access to my products while ensuring compliance with international regulations. The EU restrictions remain a challenge, but I will continue exploring solutions to serve customers in that region better.

Thank you for your patience and support during this period of transition. Your understanding helps me maintain quality service and compliance.
