I'm thrilled to announce Group Workshops for 2025/2026!
After successfully running these workshops for Lumina Arts Alliance in Northampton throughout 2025 to an enthusiastic response and fantastic feedback, I'm excited to to bring them closer to home.
"Abstract Expressions" is an exciting, fun 2-hour introduction to abstract painting and mixed media techniques. Covering key concepts including colour and design, together with plenty of opportunity for hands on practical application, you will leave this course with 6 mini abstract masterpieces and the confidence to take the next steps in your painting journey.
I plan to expand my workshop offerings over the coming months, so to stay updated check back regularly, or sign up for my email newsletter, where I always keep my subscribers up to date!

If you are an individual wishing to join a group workshop then please get in touch with your details to join a waiting list. I will be looking to set up dates for small groups in early 2026.

The "Abstract Expressions" Workshop
An interactive, hands-on introduction to abstract techniques.
In this fun 2-hour workshop using acrylic and mixed media, I will guide you through a process of layering and mark making to create a cohesive collection of 6 mini abstracts. Be amazed at what you create and have a lot of fun in the process!
The workshop covers key creative concepts in an engaging and informative way, including:
- Colour Theory
- Colour & Emotions
- Design Principles
There is lots of opportunity to experiment using a range of professional (and sometimes surprising!) tools and materials, all of which are all provided. Throughout the workshop I will provide both individual and group tuition, guiding you through every stage of the process to create a set of 6, cohesive mini abstracts, which you can take home and be proud of.
