With over 20 years of corporate experience in senior management positions, I have managed teams of all shapes and sizes and experienced lots of team building activities first hand... the good, the bad and the ugly!
This gives me a unique insight into team dynamics and what works well in a team building setting. I am also aware of the importance of designing and aligning the workshop to achieve your team building objectives for the day, as well as ensuring that the event reflects your organisational vision and values.
All corporate packages include a first, no obligation meeting to discuss the team, the organisation and your objectives for the day. This ensures that the package is right for you before you commit then, with your input and feedback, I will design a fun, bespoke session to inspire and invigorate your team.

I will travel to your offices / venue (within a 30 mile radius of Banbury) and set up / take down / clean up

Table and floor coverings will be provided and the activity is surprisingly "low mess" anyway
