I am delighted to announce that I will be exhibiting in The Heseltine Open again this year. And, for the second year running I have also had the pleasure of curating the exhibition with my artist friend Lucy Mathers.
We are both absolutely delighted with how the exhibition has taken shape, showcasing local artistic talent in a breath-taking range of styles, in this beautiful award-winning light filled space.

Behind The Scenes...
Take a peek behind the scenes as the installation started to take shape by clicking the button below. In this timelapse video you can see the top row of pictures on the huge gallery wall start to go up - getting this element right was a vital piece of the curation puzzle ensuring that we ha room for the majority of the artworks being displayed.
My Entries: Heseltine Open 2025
Once again, this year, I will be submitting two abstract works and one wildlife work, to showcase the range of my multidisciplinary practice. The two abstract pieces are some of my favourites from 2025 and the wildlife coloured pencil piece was drawn a few years ago, but is work that I'm super proud of and which deserves some time back in the spotlight!

The Final Outcome
A lot of hard work, a fair bit of head scratching and lots of measuring and maths were involved in the curation of this exhibition. Not to mention the fantastic team who helped to hang and display nearly 180 artworks!
I am delighted that the exhibition is now open and looks fabulous. Visitor feedback has been wonderful so, if you do get the opportunity, then this exhibition is definitely one to visit.
And, if you are unable to visit in person, then please enjoy a quick virtual tour with me by clicking the button below. I hope that you can see why I am so proud of this exhibition on so many levels.
