Oxfordshire Artweeks 2025... I'm in!

I am excited to announce that I will be participating in Oxfordshire Artweeks in May 2025, flying solo for the first time and opening my studio to welcome visitors.

From my previous experience of the county wide festival (exhibiting as part of a collective with Church Lane Gallery) I know that the Oxfordshire Artweeks festival creates a real buzz. A huge number of art lovers dedicate time in May to explore the art trails and meet the artists, so I am thrilled to to be taking my participation to the next level!

My Artweeks Plans... the early details

The festival in my part of the county (North & West Oxfordshire) runs from the 17th to 26th May.

My venue is confirmed as Number 519 and full details for all of the artists participating will be available on the Oxfordshire Artweeks website in February.

See below for a sneak peek!

My working studio in Middleton Cheney will be open from Saturday 17th of May to Friday 23rd of May from 10am-4pm (Mon/Fri 10am-2pm).

I will be on hand throughout to welcome visitors and talk about my practice, process and inspiration. There will be the opportunity to see my working studio and works in progress, as well as to see an exhibition of finished artwork in my home.

I will be showcasing works from my entire portfolio, ranging from bold mixed media abstracts to vibrant wildlife, so there really will be something for everyone to enjoy. Original artwork and affordable artwork merchandise (including prints, mugs, coasters, greetings cards and more) will be available to purchase and, with easy parking and home made refreshments (including cake!), you will definitely be made to feel most welcome.

A Local Trail...

Drawing on my previous association with Church Lane Gallery and the network of local artists that I have been developing, plans are afoot to create a local Arts Trail encompassing Banbury and the surrounding villages.

I am really looking forward to developing this idea, giving me the opportunity to work in close collaboration with other local artists and venues, and providing visitors with a fantastic leaflet and ideas to get the most out of an arty day in the area.
